Working with teenagers for the past 36 years, in addition to having 3 children of my own,
I have learned that when you, "Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old,
he will not depart from it" (Psalm 22:6). For this reason, I employ high school/college adolescents to instill in them a sense of work ethic, as well as life skills, that is
founded upon integrity and hard work.

I have always enjoyed creating and customizing products to meet a variety of needs. Whether it be building handicap ramps, creating specialized decks, or making accommodations for uniquely shaped backyards, I find it very rewarding to adequately serve my customers according to their requests.
